About Premium Flo
Raising the bar for plumbing in East Anglia
We started Premium Flo with a simple idea: homeowners deserve tradespeople who turn up, communicate clearly and finish beautifully. It turns out a lot of people agree.
Our story
Built on doing it properly
Premium Flo grew from a single van and a reputation for leaving every job better than we found it. Word spread across Chelmsford, then Colchester, Ipswich and beyond – and today we are a close-knit team of plumbers, bathroom designers, tilers and electricians covering Essex and Suffolk.
We have never chased volume. We would rather do fewer jobs brilliantly than lots of jobs adequately, which is why so much of our work comes from recommendations.
Every engineer is directly employed, fully insured and trained to our own standards on everything from unvented hot water to waterproof tanking systems.
