Emergency Plumbing
24/7 emergency plumbers across Essex & Suffolk
Water where it should not be? Call now. A local engineer picks up, talks you through isolating the supply, and is on the way – usually within the hour.
When water is coming through a ceiling, every minute matters. Our emergency line is answered by a person, not a voicemail, and the engineer you speak to is the one in the van – so the advice you get on the phone is real.
We carry the parts to make most emergencies safe and permanently repaired on the first visit. Where a full fix needs to wait for daylight or a special part, we leave everything safe, dry and working wherever possible.

FAQs
Emergency Plumbing: your questions
What should I do while I wait for an emergency plumber?
Turn off the water at the internal stopcock – usually under the kitchen sink, near the front door or where the supply enters the house. If water is near electrics, switch off the electricity at the consumer unit if it is safe to reach. Move valuables, and put towels and buckets under the leak.
How much does an emergency plumber cost?
We give you the attendance charge on the phone before we set off, and the cost of the repair before we start it. There is never a hidden fee for the time of day.
Do you really answer at 3am?
Yes. Our emergency line is staffed around the clock, including weekends, Christmas and bank holidays.
