This policy explains what personal information Premium Flo collects, why we collect it and how we look after it. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to help you with your enquiry, and we never sell your data.
Who we are
Premium Flo (“we”, “us”) provides plumbing, bathroom renovation and emergency plumbing services in Essex and Suffolk. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can contact us at florentinocneanu@gmail.com or on 07452 750955.
What we collect
When you complete a quote or callback form, we collect the details you give us:
- your name, phone number and (optionally) email address;
- your postcode;
- details about the work you need and your preferred timeframe.
If you call or email us, we keep a record of that conversation so we can help you.
We also collect limited, anonymous website usage statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you personally. See our cookie policy for details.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote.
- To arrange, carry out and invoice the work you ask us to do.
- To keep records required for guarantees, insurance and tax.
We will not send you marketing messages unless you have specifically asked us to.
Our lawful basis
Under UK data protection law we process your information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (such as preparing a quote), to perform that contract, to comply with legal obligations (such as keeping financial records), and for our legitimate interests in running and protecting our business and website.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with trusted providers who help us run our business, and only as much as they need:
- Cloudflare – hosts this website, delivers form submissions to us by email and provides Turnstile, which checks that form submissions come from real people rather than bots.
- Our email, accounting and job-management providers.
- Your insurer or managing agent, if you ask us to provide a report to them.
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum) are in place.
How long we keep it
If you make an enquiry but do not go ahead, we delete your details within 12 months. If we carry out work for you, we keep job and invoice records for six years after the work is completed, and longer where needed to support a guarantee.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to ask for a copy in a portable format. To make a request, email florentinocneanu@gmail.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Keeping your data safe
This website is served securely over HTTPS, and access to enquiry information is limited to the people who need it to help you.
